Situated on the ancient site of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings is the ancient burial ground of many of Egypt’s New Kingdom rulers, the most famed collection of tombs.
Hatshepsut temple is a reflection of the mortuary temple of Mentuhotep II and was constructed alongside that 11th dynasty structure.
The twin statues depict Amenhotep III (fl. 14th century BC) in a seated position.
It consists of four main parts, of which only the largest is currently open to the public. The term Karnak is often understood as being the Precinct of Amun-Re only because this is the only part most visitors see.
To the rear of the temple are chapels built by Amenhotep III of the 18th Dynasty, and Alexander. Other parts of the temple were built by Tutankhamun and Ramesses II.
Meet your Egyptologist tour guide with a small group to start your journey in the capital of the pharaohs to explore the most important historical monuments in Luxor.
So that Hop out on the West Bank and discover tombs of the ancient pharaohs such as the valley of kings on the west bank of Luxor The valley stands on the west bank of the Nile, opposite Thebes (modern Luxor), within the heart of the Theban Necropolis. The wadi consists of two valleys, East Valley (where the majority of the royal tombs are situated) and West Valley.
There you will visit the remarkable tombs and last resting place of the Kings Ramssess III, Ramssess VI, and Mrenptah.
Proceed to Queen Temple of Hatshepsut, which dedicated to an only female ruler who ruled Egypt for 20-years with wealth and peace, also it is a mortuary temple of Ancient Egypt located in Upper Egypt. Built for the Eighteenth Dynasty pharaoh Hatshepsut, who died in 1458 BC
See the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III at the Colossi of Memnon in the west bank as the final stop.
